Davey Lake is being designed as an ecologically sensitive development, seamlessly bridging community with the environment. The beauty of Davey Lake lies in its secrecy. For generations it has been tucked away on a private acreage unbeknownst to most, including those native to the area. Almost completely invisible from the road, there is little public access to the water which keeps the environment intimate and serene.

The quiet setting boasts a 265 acre body of water that will be dedicated to the recreation of community members. In addition to receiving spectacular views and a shoreline full of matured trees, residents will enjoy all the benefits of having a recreational lake in their front yard. With limitless recreational opportunities, you can fully enjoy the beautiful body of water.

Architectural Controls

The design of the Davey Lake community is centred around a sophisticated and organic feel where elegant nature and rugged outdoors seamlessly unite. Timber-frame exteriors are proposed to be a standard on every residence creating a distinguished look that complements the site’s natural environment.

Equestrian Accommodation

Davey Lake Developments has also negotiated riding options nearby so you can board your horse less than 5 minutes away. The construction of an outdoor riding arena is planned in conjunction with the project to offer even more recreational opportunities. While there will be no horses permitted directly in the community, the stables and an open-air arena will be within walking distance.
